Site Selection/Due Diligence

Depending on our clients’ organizational structure, Frontier Development performs site selection and due diligence for each project autonomously or in conjunction with our client’s real estate department. Frontier performs an extensive and thorough analysis of each potential property and provides clients with an accurate and detailed feasibility report evaluating the property’s suitability for each client’s desired use.

Acquisition

Upon a client's site approval Frontier Development uses its commercial real estate expertise to negotiate the contract to purchase. Frontier works in close consultation with each client and applies its exceptional contract negotiation experience to always obtain the best possible purchase terms prior to acquiring each site.

Design and Architectural Services

Frontier Development uses its design and architecture expertise to design a highly functional and cost-effective site layout for each of its clients. Frontier also prepares building designs that meet our clients’ specific needs. When available, we utilize our clients’ prototypical drawings.

Entitlements/Permit Management

Frontier Development efficiently obtains all the necessary permits and approvals from the various applicable governmental and quasi-governmental authorities. Regardless of jurisdiction, Frontier retains the most qualified local consultants to complete its objectives in a timely manner.

General Contracting and Construction Management

Frontier Building Corp. (FBC) provides complete construction services designed to efficiently transform blueprints into grand opening day. FBC’s highly experienced team of professionals specializes in the construction of commercial retail centers and interior build-outs for its clients. FBC approaches each project from an owner’s perspective, providing no-excuse accountability and making time and cost efficiency its first priority. Property and Asset Management

Following the completion of each project, Geneva Management, a third party asset management firm, provides personalized full-service property management services for our clients.
